Arbitration

ECC represents local and international clients in arbitration proceedings before national and international arbitral institutions (ICC, SCC, DIA, GAFTA, FOSFA etc.) and in ad hoc proceedings where LMAA arbitration rules or local arbitration laws are applied.

ECC is experienced with representation of clients before local courts in pre-arbitration disputes, such as appointment of arbitrators, precautionary attachment, etc.

Additionally, ECC follows-up lawsuits related to recognition and enforcement of foreign arbitral awards and annulment of arbitral awards for and on behalf of domestic and foreign clients.
